Is Lost Tigers supporting the use of recreational drugs?
Not in the least. The collection is rather critical of society, which places expectations on individuals or groups. In the free mint phase you can mint up to 2 NFTs. After the free mint phase there are no restrictions.

Are some Tigers rarer than others?
Every Tiger has unique traits/attributes, but some traits are more rare than others. Check Open Sea or Rarity Sniper to see the meta data of the collection.
